Open Load Repo
Last opened appears above Select Project. The default follows the last project actually opened, not merely selected.

Choose, then open
Selecting a project previews its details. Open project explicitly loads that repository; selection alone does not load or start work.

Resume saved work
Confirm the intended saved Workstream and agent. World checks the owned worktree/session and attempts approved-preview recovery without sending a coding turn.

Handle unavailable state
Reconnect the saved agent when needed. A missing directory or unavailable saved session should remain visible, not be silently replaced.
