Find the boundary, not a guess.

Cannot attach an agent
Verify the selected installation, native identity, authentication and required local service. Use Preview prerequisites and Recheck.

A message or movement fails
Read the agent-specific result. A movement refusal does not prove the coding turn failed, and an animated avatar does not prove it succeeded.

Repository missing or blank
Check backend-relative path and saved-project availability. Load Repo is explicit after re-entry; do not assume your files were deleted.
- 04
No voice or no preview
Check local voice readiness/microphone permission separately. For previews, inspect the Workstream validation and preview result before retrying.
